- Is deceptive or fraudulent — Including misinformation, scams, or phishing content
3. Prohibited Uses
- Automated abuse — Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the service beyond your allocated quota
- Account sharing — Sharing your account credentials with others beyond your permitted user count
- Reselling the service — Redistributing AIVideoTranslator content or access without authorization
- Reverse engineering — Attempting to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate our AI models or technology
- Network abuse — Overloading our servers or attempting unauthorized access
- Circumventing quotas — Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
4. Content Ownership
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to translate all content you upload to AIVideoTranslator. You retain all intellectual property rights to your original content and translations you create using our service.
We do not claim ownership over translations generated from your content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of translations complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
5. Copyright and IP
AIVideoTranslator respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you receive a valid copyright infringement notice, we may remove access to the allegedly infringing content.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been translated without permission, contact us at support@translateflow.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- A description of where the content appears on our service
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
6. AI Translation Disclaimer
AI-generated translations may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. AIVideoTranslator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation. You should review all translations before publishing or distributing them.
Translations should not be used as legal documents, certified translations, medical records translation, or any context where high accuracy is critical without human review.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning or temporary suspension of service
- Permanent termination of account
- Deletion of content in violation
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate
We reserve the right to take action without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
