By accessing or using AIVideoTranslator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AIVideoTranslator provides AI-powered video translation and subtitle generation including speech-to-text transcription, AI translation, subtitle file generation (SRT/VTT), video processing, and text-to-speech capabilities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

You agree NOT to use AIVideoTranslator to:

• Translate content you do not have the right to translate
• Generate content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property
• Create subtitles for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

• Your content — You retain all rights to videos and content you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights to translate such content.
• Generated content — Translated subtitles and processed outputs generated from your content belong to you.

• Payments are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months, except as outlined in our Refund Policy

TRANSLATEFLOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Translations may not be accurate — you should review all translations before publishing.
