  • Upload videos for translation (video content is processed and temporarily stored)
  • Use our platform (usage metrics for quota management)

Video Content: Videos you upload are processed to extract audio for transcription and translation. Original video files are deleted after processing unless you choose to keep them. Translated subtitles and generated content are retained for 90 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our video translation service
  • To process payments through our payment provider (Creem)
  • To send service-related communications (account verification, billing, support)
  • To detect and prevent abuse of our platform
  • To comply with legal obligations

AI Processing: Your video content is processed using AI services (Whisper for speech recognition, DeepSeek for translation). We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Creem — Our payment processor (transaction data)
  • AI Service Providers — Whisper API, DeepSeek API for transcription and translation
  • Service providers — Email delivery, hosting infrastructure
  • Legal authorities — When required by law

4. Data Retention

  • Account data — Retained while your account is active
  • Translation records — Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Uploaded videos — Deleted immediately after audio extraction unless you request retention
  • Billing records — Retained per financial regulations (minimum 7 years)

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, remembering preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
